Mbappe is set to make his 100th appearance for Los Blancos.
The Frenchman, however, needs to avoid getting a yellow card.
A booking would see Mbappe banned for the match against Espanyol on May 3.
MbappĆ©, who has already accumulated four yellow cards in LaLiga, has been key in Madridās attack.
Since arriving in June 2024, he has netted 85 times and provided 23 assists.
He is also on course to finish as LaLigaās top scorer for a second straight season.
Mbappe has 24 league goals, three more than Mallorcaās Vedat Muriqi.
