Galatasaray head coach, Okan Buruk, has said Victor Osimhen elevates the performance of his teammates.
Osimhen made his first start for the Yellow and Reds since sustaining an injury last month, featuring against Fenerbahçe on Sunday.
The Nigerian made a significant contribution, scoring the curtain raiser in the 3-0 victory at the RAMS Park.
The powerful striker also had a goal chalked off for offside early in the second half.
Osimhen has so far registered 20 goals across all competitions for the Yellow and Reds this season.
Buruk reckoned the 27-year-old is valuable, and important to his team.
“Osimhen is valuable and important for us. He’s a character who elevates the performance of his teammates,” Buruk said after the game.
