Right-hander from Canada, Michael Soroka, has agreed to a$ 9 million contract with the Washington Nationals for the 2025 season. The team needs pitching as their rebuild continues, and they hope the 2019 NL All-Star can show how he did before suffering from two serious leg injuries. The 27-year-old from Calgary went 0-10 with a 4.74 ERA in 79 2/3 pitches across 25 looks for the Chicago White Sox last year, including nine starts.
