The funeral of Me Khoureyssi Ba will take place this Saturday 29 March 2025 at 09h at the Principal Hospital of Dakar. The lawyer died on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, after a long illness. Since the announcement of his death, numerous tributes have been paid to him. Ousmane Sonko, whose lawyer he was, did not fail to salute his memory, as did President Bassirou Diomaye Faye. Me Ba is unanimously described as a generous man, an ardent defender of human rights and a prominent figure in the Senegalese bar.
