The husband of Mangaung Deputy Mayor Lulama Titi-Odili has been arrested after more than 28 undocumented foreign nationals, the majority of them Nigerian, were at a Bloemfontein guesthouse he owns, sending shockwaves through the Free State’s political establishment.
