Wet conditions are expected in the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal, while cool to cold conditions are forecast for most of the country, with morning fog expected in several provinces, particularly in Mpumalanga, KwaZulu-Natal, and parts of the Eastern Cape and Western Cape, according to the South African Weather Service.
