A suspended staffer at OR Tambo District Municipality in the Eastern Cape has filed an affidavit accusing municipal manager Basil Mase of repeated sexual harassment – including non-consensual kissing and lewd remarks – and claims her subsequent suspension was retaliation for refusing his advances.
