The plane carrying Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to Oslo for the funeral of the king of Norway was “almost hit” by a drone when taking off from Moldova on Tuesday, Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Stoere told public broadcaster NRK on Wednesday.
