No complaint of sexual harassment, bullying or victimisation has been recorded against a political office bearer at the Gauteng Provincial Legislature since 2017 – not because nothing that fits the description happened, but because employees do not know how to report abuse, fear losing their jobs and have no faith that anything will come of their complaints.
