This high-level meeting, which took place under the theme “Employment and Employability: Challenges and Prospects for a Sovereign, Just and Prosperous Senegal”, brought together all the key players in the country’s socio-economic development. During two days, representatives of the public and private sectors, as well as civil society, will engage in in-depth exchanges on major employment issues. They will explore concrete solutions to improve the employability of Senegalese citizens, in line with the realities of the labour market. This conference constitutes a privileged platform for dialogue and consultation, aimed at building a shared vision of a more inclusive, equitable and sustainable professional future for all components of society.
The International Centre Abdou Diouf de Diamniadio (CICAD) will host the Social Conference on Employment and Employability on 24 and 25 April.
