Ola Aina, the Nottingham Forest defender, is optimistic about his comeback before the season concludes. He has been sidelined for the last three league matches due to a calf injury he sustained during Forest’s 1-0 win against Manchester United last month. The 28-year-old is also uncertain for the upcoming Emirates FA Cup semi-final matchup against Manchester City this Sunday. “I hope to be back in shape soon,” he expressed. I’m simply approaching each day one at a time, to be honest. It’s developed quite nicely. I pulled my calf muscle, but it’s not too serious. “I have a grade two tear,” Aina shared during an interview with Gary Lineker on The Rest is Football Podcast. “With any luck, and if all goes well, I aim to return before the season concludes.”
