The Tribunal des délits flagrants de Dakar has condemned, on Tuesday 20 May, the student A.A. Diakité to two years of imprisonment ferme pour usage et cession de 41 cornets de chanvre indien. Attracted to the bar, the accused shall acknowledge the facts of which he is accused. Attempting to justify himself, M. Diakité declared: “My scholarship has been cancelled, I could not afford more.
