  In an atmosphere of impatience to see the “Burok” programme materialize, a bifurcation is born between Ziguinchorois and a grumbling against Djibril Sonko, Mayor of said locality allant même jusqu’à le traiter d’ “incompetent”. It’s incompetence! But on what do they base themselves to declare the incompetence of the mayor? What are the technical evidences they have to support such allegations? From the technical point of view, expertise, experience and know-how are qualified votes that can declare a person incompetent?
