  The case of the acquisition of vehicles by the National Assembly is now before the courts. According to information from Libération, the president of the institution, El Malick Ndiaye, has lodged a complaint against the journalists Bachir Fofana and Adama Gaye. The complaint, lodged by Me Bamba Cissé on behalf of the second personality of the State, against the alleged facts of diffusion of false news and defamation, is believed to be from the same source. As for Adama Gaye, he is being prosecuted for a publication deemed defamatory, posted on his Facebook page, concludes Libération.
