Nigeria’s Flying Eagles have started preparations for the WAFU B U-20 Nations Cup, DAILY POST reports.. Head coach Aliyu Zubairu has selected majority of the players that participated at the 2025 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations in his squad.. The competition will serve as part of the Flying Eagles preparations for the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup.. Zubairu’s side are drawn in Group A with hosts Ghana, and Benin Republic.. The Flying Eagles will face Ghana in their opening fixture on Thursday, 10 July.. They will face Benin Republic in their second group game three days later.. Niger Republic,Togo, Ivory Coast, and Burkina Faso are in Group B.
