The trade union alliance formed by the SYTJUST (Syndicat des Travailleurs de la Justice) and the UNTJ (Union Nationale des Travailleurs de la Justice) has announced a mot d’ordre de grève de 72 heures, à partir du lundi 7 juillet 2025 on the whole of the national territory. This new mobilization aims to demand the continuation without interruption and the effective completion of the reform process initiated by the Minister of Justice. At the heart of these demands were: the alignment of the clerks to the A2 hierarchy, in accordance with the commitments made by the authorities, the initial constitution of the corps des Assistants des Greffes et Parquets (AGP) in the conditions provided for by the regulatory texts. In a press release, the union firmly rejects any reversal, report or disengagement of the State, which it considers to be a challenge to the acquis and the statutory rights of the judicial personnel. This social movement, if it is maintained, risks seriously disturbing the functioning of the courts for three days, in a context already tense in the public sector.
