A 73-year-old man was found dead after a home fire in the little Nova Scotia group of Shubenacadie. Police and fire services responded to a fireplace in a home along Highway 215, according to the RCMP, about 60 kilometers north of Halifax, at 7:15 a.m. Two of the home’s tenants, a 65-year-old gentleman and 57-year-old person, exited the home without injury.
