The police in Yeumbeul Sud, a suburb of Dakar, arrested a fourth suspect on Wednesday morning in the case of the murder of Moustapha Dieng, which occurred during the semi-finals of the “Navetanes” match in that locality. According to the RFM, the arrest of the fourth individual was made possible by the testimony of a merchant present at the scene at the time of the events. Thus, the police of Yeumbeul Sud continues its investigation on this case. A series of violent battles broke out on Monday, January 20, 2025, between supporters of the sports and cultural association (ASC) called Farba and those of the team called ” Natangué ” in the streets of the commune of Yeumbeul Sud.
