​A year at the head of the DER/FJ: La touche Aïda Mbodj is about inclusion, territorialisation and impact. 

  A year after her appointment as head of the Délégation Générale à l’Entrepreneuriat Rapide des Femmes et des Jeunes (DER/FJ), Dr Aïssatou Mbodji, known as Aïda Mbodj, has launched a brand resolution focused on social effectiveness, territorial anchoring and economic inclusion. Through a pragmatic governance and a field approach, it has repositioned the DER/FJ as a central lever in the fight against precarity, economic empowerment and structuring of the local entrepreneurial fabric. Nano-Credit: a stabilized and feminized proximity policy. With more than 6 billion FCFA granted in one year through the Nano-Credit window, there are 23 399 new beneficiaries who have been able to access a first financial support, of which près de 90% are women. This performance is not only the result of a structuring of more than 1,3 billion FCFA, in liaison with the territorial actors. Beyond the figures, it is a philosophy of popular and informal economy which has been legitimized, in a process of territorialization of autonomisation. SMEs: sectoral diversification and consolidation of value chains.
