Francis Uzoho is delighted to be back with the Super Eagles after a long period of absence, DAILY POST reports.
Uzoho was one of the surprise inclusion in the Super Eagles’ 28-man squad for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Omonia Nicosia goalkeeper has not been involved with the team since the previous AFCON in Cote d’Ivoire.
The shot stopper jetted into the Super Eagles camp on Sunday morning.
Uzoho said he missed the ambience and friendship in the team’s camp.
“I missed quite a lot. But like I think I missed the boys to be honest. I missed the boys. I missed the vibe in the camp, you know, because we’ve been quite a lot together,” he told the Super Eagles media.
