​Agreement Reached: Super Eagles Defender Secures Transfer to Moroccan Team Magreb Fes.    

 

Nigerian defender Benjamin Tanimu has signed with Moroccan team Magreb de Fes on a free transfer, according to Completesports. According to reports, Tanimu has signed a three-year contract following a standard medical examination. The 22-year-old recently ended his contract with the English club Crawley Town this week. Additionally, it was noted that Rangers have secured a Nigerian-born defender on a four-year deal. Crawley Town was demoted to League Two in England last season. The centre-back featured in 10 league matches for the Red Devils in the 2024/25 season. Tanimu has represented Nigeria internationally on three occasions. Before this, he played for Bendel Insurance in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) and Singida SC in Tanzania. This information is reported by Adeboye Amosu.
