Alalshikh plans to organize a completely British boxing match between Joshua and Fury in 2026.

Turki Alalshikh, the Saudi boxing promoter, has stated that he is making every effort to organize an all-British fight between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury in 2026. It’s worth noting that Joshua last fought in September at Wembley, where he was knocked out by Daniel Dubois, which derailed his chances of winning a third world title. Meanwhile, Fury retired earlier this year following back-to-back losses to Oleksandr Usyk last year. Nevertheless, he has made a significant reversal and appears ready to compete once more. In a discussion with ‘The Boxing Voice,’ Alalshikh expressed his enthusiasm for staging a showdown between the British heavyweight boxers. Earlier this month, Alalshikh also confirmed the two-time heavyweight champion’s comeback on X, formerly Twitter, enthusiastically stating, “The ‘Gypsy King’ will make his return!!!” I spoke with him, and he assured me he will be part of the Riyadh Season in 2026… We have a goal to pursue!
