A Tiktok creator, Allie Rae, is under investigation after a video of her unplugging her baby’s NICU monitor to summon a nurse and ask for a turkey sandwich went viral.
A Webster Texas hospital have said they are looking into reports of the behavior of Miss Rae, according to Tiktok creator Anthony Blackwell aka The Welding Salesman, who made those reports.
Rae, a Tiktok user who operates under the now deleted ‘not.allie.rae’ account, is facing this scrutiny as a result of her actions on a video livestream which she shared herself.
In the video, Rae, a new mother whose child is in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at a yet-to-be-identified hospital in Texas, is seen taking out the plug of the NICU baby monitor hooked up to her child.
Rae did that to ensure a nurse will come into her room, and when the nurse arrived she tried convince the nurse to go out and get her a Turkey club sandwich, claiming she was hungry.
The nurse, who sounder irritated but remained professional, tried to convince Rae to go out for a break and get her own food but she remained obstinate.

The action of taking out her baby’s monitor to summon a nurse to serve as her personal orderly completely rubbed social media users and they subsequently tore into Rae, who did the same thing a second time in order to ask for drinks!
On the Tiktok gossip subreddit, users discussed Allie’s behavior with many pointing out the risks inherent in callously handling a NICU baby’s monitor in such a fashion.
“wait, she unplugged the babies monitor so a nurse would come into the room just so she could ask the nurse to hand her her drink? what the f*cking f*ck?” one user wrote on the subreddit.

Another said: “My daughter was born at 26wk. I was terrified those monitors they are hooked up to show if their heart stops beating or they stop breathing. As a parent it makes me sick and so pissed to see this. When the nurses hear the alarms go off they think they are possibly loosing their patient and all of them come running. This is beyond sick,”
Rae claimed in a response video that a nurse had told her to unplug her child to call for help but netizens called ‘cap’ on that one. “A nurse absolutely did NOT tell her that,” one nurse screamed.
Blackwell, who came across the video of Rae’s actions, then reported it to the hospital authorities, who are reportedly now carrying out an investigation.
“I had contacted Alberta Health and the Children’s Hospital in that county and they are looking into this to see which mom this is,” he said, due to there being a Stathcona County tag in the original video.
In a new update, Blackwell said he found out the hospital is actually in Webster, Texas and not Canada, and that he got in touch with them, and Child Protective Services. The investigation remains ongoing.

In a funny twist, he shared information about Allie Rae indicating she had been arrested in the past in Galveston County Texas and booked in under the name Alexandra Linsey Hill for theft.
Allie Rae, meanwhile, seems unbothered about the issue, saying in a video that all people are doing are making her more popular.

It’s unclear what action, if any, can be taken against her based on the reports. Meanwhile, Rae has made a comeback on Tiktok with a new not.allierae account and is promising a QnA with the nurse if she gets 100k followers.
