Audu Ogbeh: We have suffered the loss of a true patriot and nationalist, says James Oche, the head of the Benue PCC.  

The Honorable Federal Commissioner of the Public Complaints Commission in Benue State, James Oche, has expressed his condolences to the state government and its residents following the death of the former Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Chief Audu Innocent Ogbeh. In a condolence note dated August 10, 2025, Mr. Oche extended his sympathies to the deceased’s family and the people of Benue South District. He characterized the late Audu Ogbeh as a patriot dedicated to the pursuit of a fair Nigeria. Mr. Oche noted that, although Audu Ogbeh’s passing leaves a significant void, those he has left behind should find comfort in the meaningful life he led and the legacy he created. He also offered prayers for the peaceful rest of his kind spirit.
