A vehicle commonly known as ” Ndiaga Ndiaye ” overturned following a tire explosion at the entrance of Diourbel from Touba. The passengers of the vehicle are members of a ” dahira ” (a religious association) who were returning to Dakar after a visit to the religious city, according to the testimony of one of the victims of the accident, found in the emergency department of the regional hospital Heinrich Lübke de Diourbel.
