For safety reasons, the circulation of motorcycles and mopeds is prohibited in the Département de Bakel from midnight to 06 hours for the period from 24 July 2025 to 24 August 2025, informe un arrêté du préfet du département de Bakel. Motorcycles and mopeds of health and defence and security personnel are not concerned. The judgment underlines that for duly justified reasons, a derogation may be granted to persons whose professional activities justify it.
