Bandits injure two, rustle cattle in attack on Katsina community 

At least two residents were injured and a large number of cattle were stolen when bandits attacked Tulo community in Kankara Local Government Area of Katsina State on Sunday night.

The incident was contained in a post shared on X on Monday by security analyst Bakatsine.

According to the post, the attack followed earlier alerts calling for urgent security intervention in the area. During the raid, armed men reportedly invaded homes and targeted livestock, causing panic among villagers.

Bakatsine noted that authorities have been urged to increase their security presence in Tulo and surrounding communities to prevent further attacks and protect residents.

Security officials have yet to issue an official statement regarding the incident.
