Chelsea made Kepa the most expensive goalkeeper in the world back in 2018 when they paid Athletic Bilbao £71.4m for his services.. Kepa made a good start at Chelsea, but despite winning some major trophies he didn’t really live up to expectations.. The 30-year-old spent last season on loan at Real Madrid where he made 20 appearances and won La Liga and the Champions League.. A permanent move failed to materialise and Kepa signed a one year contract extension and joined the Cherries on a season long loan.. The Spaniard has impressed for Andoni Iraola’s side and has made 25 appearances in all competitions, with Bournemouth sitting tenth and right in the mix for European qualification.
