( BPRW) FPL Brings Energy-Saving Solutions to Little HaitiWill also provide free food distribution from Farm Share, and host a Community Resource Fair ( Black PR Wire ) Miami, FL –WHAT: Florida Power &amp, Light Company’s ( FPL) team of energy experts, community relations and external affairs will host a Power to Save event at the Little Haiti Cultural Complex in Miami on Wednesday, Feb. 19. Through this system, FPL provides free energy performance products and services including Lead lightbulbs, weather-stripping/caulking, limited pipes fix, water heater pipe-wrapping, water sink aerator and low-flow shower mind, A/C product inspection and more. Customers who reside in eligible zip codes you set up a Power to Save appointment to have their home energy-efficient items installed and given free energy-saving information. To overcome food uncertainty, FPL and Farm Share are collaborating. As supplies next, Farm Share may be offering free food items to the Power to Keep participants. A Community Resource Fair will also be held to provide native people with useful information and resources. The bank’s goal is to share useful tools for healthier living and a balanced lifestyle and educate customers on how to conserve energy. FPL energy experts will respond to inquiries and set up visits to clients ‘ homes to fit energy-saving things. They will also provide advice on how to keep their payments as low as possible.
