Miami Carnival’s Junior Carnival 2025 Brings Culture, Vibrancy, and Community. Young People Excel in Carnival, Music, and Innovation. (Black PR Wire) Lauderhill, FL — The Miami Broward One Carnival Host Committee is happy to announce the successful conclusion of the 2025 Junior Carnival, held on Saturday, October 4th at The Grounds at the Lauderhill Performing Arts Center. The event showcased a lively and joyful celebration of Caribbean culture, with thousands of attendees and seven masquerade bands involved, highlighting the experiences of its youngest representatives. Sponsored by TD Bank and organized by Visit Lauderdale and the City of Lauderhill, this year’s Junior Carnival was free for the public for the first time, allowing families from all over South Florida to take part in this cultural tradition without any financial obstacles. The event included a complete afternoon of youth parades in costumes, food stalls, and vibrant entertainment, embodying the spirit of a community celebration. Zing Zing Kidzz excelled at the 2025 Junior Carnival with their presentation “Color Me Carnival,” winning the Band of the Year award and dominating several important categories. Other notable bands featured were Wassi Babes, Carnival Dreamerz, and Major Players CAEDC Inc. , and La Familia, all displaying exceptional creativity, skill, and cultural pride.
