Two classrooms in Brevard County have been awarded esteemed STEM Classroom Makeover Grants. (Black PR Wire) Melbourne, Florida. Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) has announced a significant expansion of its Classroom Makeover Grant program, providing hundreds of local students with new chances to delve into science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). In Brevard County, two schools are set to receive a grant of $201,000 each aimed at transforming their classrooms into innovative learning environments to inspire student interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
