(Black PR Wire) DALLAS, TEXAS – For almost thirty years, the Distinctively Debutantes program has been empowering outstanding young women by providing education, mentorship, and opportunities for personal growth. The 28005th Annual Grand Cotillion, organized by Distinctively Her, a women’s empowerment project backed by the T.D. Jakes Foundation, is scheduled for Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. Established by Serita A. Jakes, a prominent author, speaker, and advocate for women’s empowerment, the debutante program mentors academically successful girls aged 10 to 17 through a comprehensive year-long curriculum that emphasizes leadership, etiquette, and essential life skills. The Grand Cotillion signifies the peak of this transformative experience, honoring the poise, self-assurance, and values developed in every participant. This gala unites debutantes, their families, and community mentors for a sophisticated night of celebration. The occasion includes an official parade and a crowning event for the Core Debutantes (ages 9213 and above, or graduating seniors) to honor their achievements in academics, community service, and moral character.
