The judicial leaflet against the economic operator Bocar Samba Dièye at the Cbao-Attijari has just taken a decisive turn… and brutal. According to information obtained by Libération, the tribunal de commerce de Dakar declared itself incompetent on 22 September, rejecting the opposition lodged by the businessman against the execution of a decision to evict his own buildings. This case, which has dragged on for several years, finds its origin in a contested claim. On 3 April 2017, the tribunal hors classe de Dakar had already ordered the eviction of Bocar Samba Dièye from three strategic buildings registered TF 8403/GR, 16.797/GR et 92017/GR on the basis of a seizure by the Cbao-Attijari. At the time, justice had considered that Dièye occupied the place ” sans droit ni titre “, authorizing the expulsion of his person, his property and any occupant acting in his name. In spite of this decision, the businessman still denied the validity of the claim which had motivated the seizure. But the bank continued its efforts.
