Al Hilal has once again reached out to Bruno Fernandes, the captain of Manchester United, in hopes of securing his transfer this summer. Fernandes previously declined a lucrative offer to join the champions of the Saudi Pro League, which reportedly included a package worth up to £200 million over three years. He mentioned, “The [Al-Hilal] president contacted me and inquired if I was interested in moving there.” They were anticipating my arrival. I had a conversation with coach Ruben Amorim. He requested that I stay. “Manchester United wasn’t interested in selling me.” They have no need for the funds. “If I had wanted to depart, they would have facilitated it,” Fernandes stated at that time. However, as reported by Metro UK, Al Nassr’s newly appointed manager, Jorge Jesus, is actively pushing to acquire Fernandes. Jesus coached Fernandes for just one season at Sporting CP.
