​CHAN 2024Q: Black Galaxies Reach Uyo Today for Match Against Home Eagles    

 

The Black Galaxies of Ghana are set to reach Uyo today for the second leg of the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifier against Nigeria. A total of 26 players and the coaching staff will be making the journey. Didi Dramani’s team will arrive in Port Harcourt via a chartered flight this morning. The team will travel to Uyo by road after completing immigration procedures in Port Harcourt. The Black Galaxies will practice at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium later today. They played to a 0-0 draw in the first leg last weekend. After defeating Nigeria in a penalty shootout to qualify for the last CHAN edition, Ghana is seeking a second consecutive victory over the home-based Super Eagles. By Adeboye Amosu.
