Hafiz Ibrahim, a midfielder for the Black Galaxies of Ghana, has expressed confidence that they will defeat Nigeria in the second leg of their 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifier. The first leg ended in a 0-0 draw at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday. Didi Dramani’s team is set to visit Uyo for the return match this weekend. Ibrahim stated that the Black Galaxies are capable of winning the game. “When we step onto the field and give it our all, we are confident victory will come to us; we aren’t afraid of anyone,” he remarked. Ghana aims to qualify for the CHAN tournament consecutively after being knocked out in the quarterfinals of the 2022 tournament.
