Previously referred to as the Cincinnati Masters, this tournament has a history dating back to 1899, making it the third largest North American tournament after the US Open and Indian Wells Masters. The most recent five champions in the men’s category include Novak Djokovic, who won in 2020 and 2023, Alexander Zverev in 2021, Borna Coric in 2022, and Jannik Sinner, who claimed the title last year. Regarding the women’s singles at the Cincinnati Open, Victoria Azarenka claimed victory in 2020, followed by Ashleigh Barty in 2021, Caroline Garcia and Coco Gauff both in 2022, and Aryna Sabalenka last year.
