Club Brugge is asking for a substantial amount from Turkish Super Lig powerhouse Fenerbahce for Super Eagles midfielder Raphael Onyedika. Several prominent clubs across Europe have shown interest in Onyedika this summer. Last summer, Fenerbahce nearly secured the defensive midfielder, but he chose to stay in Belgium. The former champions of the Turkish Super Lig are interested in bringing him to Turkey this summer. As reported by the Turkish news source, Fotomac, Club Brugge has communicated to Fenerbahce their asking price of €40 million for Onyedika. Fenerbahce’s coach, Jose Mourinho, is reportedly a big admirer of the Nigerian player. In recent months, Onyedika has been frequently associated with several English teams, including West Ham United and Leeds United. The 24-year-old player made his move to Club Brugge from the Danish team, FC Midtjylland, in 2022. Last season, he managed to score once and provide an assist in 35 league matches for Brugge.
