The Council of Ministers met on Wednesday 12 November 2025 under the chairmanship of His Excellency Mr Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar FAYE, President of the Republic. TITLE OF THE COMMUNICATION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC. The President of the Republic is hereby authorized to withdraw from the office of the President of the Republic. The Head of State has made a communication on the following points: Celebration of the Day of the Armed Forces. Mr le Président de la République introduced his communication with the outfit, le 10 novembre 2025, sous sa présidence, de la Journée des Forces Armées on the theme of: “The President of the Republic has introduced his communication with the outfit, le 10 novembre 2025, sous sa présidence, de la Journée des Forces Armées on the theme of: “The armed forces are partners of the JOJ Dakar 2026”.
