Strasbourg striker, Emanuel Emegha, has hailed Nigeria international, Victor Osimhen.
Emegha believes that the Galatasaray man is a ‘fantastic’ and one of the most outstanding strikers in world football at the moment.
Emegha will be joining Chelsea at the end of the season with all arrangements having been made for the Netherlands international of Nigerian descent to officially move to Stamford Bridge.
Osimhen’s goal-scoring prowess is no longer new to the football world as he has remained consistent from Lille to Napoli, at Galatasaray and the national team.
Emegha, who chose to represent the Netherlands over Nigeria, said he has been following Osimhen’s career.
He told Africa Top Sports, “Yes, I think he’s fantastic and I’ve been following him for a long time. First at Napoli, now at Galatasaray.
“Watch him play: with his back to the defender, he receives an aerial ball, a pass that’s difficult to control. It’s no problem for him. He jumps two meters and controls the ball with his chest. As if it were nothing.“
So far this season, Emegha has netted seven times and made two assists for Strasbourg.
