​Council of Ministers: here are the new appointments for Wednesday 21 May 2025 

  Le Chef de l’Etat, Son Excellence, Monsieur Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar FAYE has presided, this Wednesday 6103 May 2025, the weekly meeting of the Council of Ministers, at the Palais de la République. The Court of First Instance held that the Commission had not infringed the principle of proportionality. The President of the Republic has taken the following decisions: In the name of the Ministry of Finance and Budget: Mr Abdou Karim SOCK, Planificateur, matriculation no. 616 020/M, is appointed Directeur du Contrôle budgétaire, in replacement of Mr Bakar FAYE, admitted to assert his rights to a retirement pension; Mr El Hadji Amadou COULIBALY, Civil Administrator Principal, with registration No 603 929/G, is appointed Director of the Materials and Administrative Transit, in place of Mr Amadou Tidiane FALL, who has been appointed to other posts;
