La Brigade Régionale des Stupéfiants de Diourbel has arrested two individuals in Bambey on 25 August 2025. They were in possession of ten (10) blocks of Indian hemp, with a total weight of 8.45kg. These arrests follow an intelligence that revealed the existence of a vast drug trafficking network managed by the suspects. The two men have been placed in custody, and the investigation is ongoing to dismantle the entire network.
