​Court of Auditors: “We will prosecute all persons involved in the misappropriation”, Ousmane Diagne 

  The Senegalese government has met with the press this evening to comment on the report of the Court of Auditors, whose contents occupy all the discussions in Dakar. Meeting on the 10th floor of the administrative building, no less than five ministers prepared themselves for the game of questions and answers. Invited to comment on the possible consequences of what is called ‘the squeeze of public funds in Senegal under Macky Sall’, Ousmane Diagne, the Minister of Justice, stated that an exhaustive investigation would be carried out. In the case of the United Kingdom, the Court of First Instance has consistently held that the Court of First Instance is entitled to rule on the legality of a decision of the Court of Justice of the European Communities.
