The hearings before the Haute Cour de Justice commenced on Monday 19 May 2025, with Ndèye Salimata Diop who opened the ball. After elle, Moustapha Diop will be heard on Thursday 22 May 2025, followed by Mansour Faye on 26 May 2025. Ismaïla Madior Fall and Aïssatou Sophie Gladima are not comparable in the days to come. With the exception of Ismaïla Madior Fall, suspected of corruption, all the other former ministers are prosecuted in the framework of the management of funds intended for the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.
