​Crisis in the services of the State administration: a total of 3 000 persons dismissed, according to RTLS 

  More than 3 000 workers dismissed from state structures have announced their intention to challenge their dismissal before the competent courts. Regrouped under the entity Rassemblement des Travailleurs Licenciés du Sénégal (RTLS), these ex-employees denounce the dismissals which they consider “abusive” and affirm to be “victims of contract breaks, demobilizations and wage retention considered illegal”. During a press conference held on Monday, the coordinator of RTLS, Boubacar Fall, listed the companies and public institutions concerned as well as the number of employees affected. ” Port autonome de Dakar: 781 licences; Loterie nationale du Sénégal (Lonase) : 173 licences; Saf Industrie: 161 licences; the number of licences issued by the Sénégal National Lottery is the same as that issued by the French National Lottery. In addition to the above, the RTLS has compiled a list of more than 3 000 unemployed persons employed in various public employment structures in Auckland. The list of unemployed persons is based on the following figures: Faced with this situation, the collective denounces the economic motives which it considers “unjustified”. The Court of Justice According to L’Observateur, the Rassemblement des Travailleurs Licenciés du Sénégal (RTLS) has announced that it intends to take legal action against the decisions taken by these structures.
