This is an exclusive Kéwoulo. According to judicial sources, the lawyer Me Ciré Clédor Ly was seen this Sunday morning at the Cyber-Sécurité de Dakar. And all to believe that it is lui the victim of a vast plot of blackmail and denigration. Among the persons concerned are relatives of the lawyer and administrators of Internet sites and distributors of digital content. According to these judicial sources, the complaint is directed against a certain Kalidou Babali Sall, better known as Kaliphone Sall, an activist close to the APR as well as individuals identified under X. These unknown persons included in the complaint could be all diffusers of content on the platforms Facebook, Youtube, Tik-Tok or Instagram which will have reprised the videos or audios of Kaliphone Sall and which concern the privacy of the lawyer. Although he refrained from going into the details of his complaint, Mr Clédor Ciré Ly, interviewed by Kéwoulo, was aware that “beyond the violation of his privacy, his complaint concerns related offences whose authors and accomplices are here in Senegal and outside the country. ” That is why, in addition to the cyber security of Senegal, the lawyer has acted at the level of Interpol, since in this matter, the protection of personal data as well as privacy are guaranteed by all the laws of the world.
