The President of the National Assembly, El Malick Ndiaye has paid a vibrant tribute to the Maître de Cérémonie de la famille de Seydi Hadji Malick Sy (RTA) de Tivaouane and traditional communicator, Abdoul Aziz Mbaye who passed away on Sunday 19 October 2025. “He has incarnated with nobility and constancy the oral tradition at the service of the religious and cultural values of our nation”, added the President of the National Assembly, El Malick Ndiaye, on his official page before presenting his most saddened condolences to the bereaved family, to the family of Seydi Hadji Malick Sy, as well as to the ensemble des communicateurs traditionnels du Senegal.
