The tragic death of Babacar Diagne, which occurred in the night of 16 February 2025, continues to arouse numerous reactions as the investigation continues. The victim, originally from Pikine, was hit during the violence following a fight between Franc and Ama Baldé. According to O. Dièye’s account, Babacar Diagne was riding a motorcycle near the discotheque Le Ravin when he was targeted by unidentified youths. He was struck in the chest by a projectile but continued on his way to the Brioche Dorée des P.A.I. It was there that he handed the keys to his motorcycle to O. He died before collapsing, victim of a crisis.
