DJIMMY COULD NOT BE A PART OF THE PENALTY OF A 4-YEAR-LIFE.

In his RICO case involving sex workers, violence, manipulation, and “freak-offs,” Sean” Diddy” Combs was sentenced today ( Friday ) to 4 years and 2 months in prison.

The prosecutor claimed a long sentence was necessary to deter recurrence and that he was unsure whether these crimes would occur again if Combs was released.

Combs, 55, was found guilty in July of engaging in adultery, which involved crossing state lines to engage in marathon physical activity. He was cleared of criminal conspiracy and sexual trafficking costs that could have resulted in a life sentence. The hip-hop king even received a half-million dollar fine. Combs has already spent a year in prison, so this word had set him free in about three times. But, Diddy himself, along with his attorneys and community, pleaded for his immediate release and claimed that his time in jail had already forced him to show remorse and sobriety. He was found guilty in July of flying his girls and female sex workers all over the country to have sexy relations with drugs, a behavior that took place over many years and in various locations. Nevertheless, he was cleared of criminal and sex trafficking claims that could have put him in prison for life.

It’ll be interesting to see how much of his 50-month prison term is actually served, particularly since Diddy appeared to be convinced that he would be free now. Diddy was emotional in court and in his letter to the jury before receiving his 50-month statement. His attorneys and kids even fought through grief on his behalf. In a Manhattan federal court now, the Bad Boy head honcho was actually and literally brought to his knees and pleaded with the judge,” I respectfully ask you for another chance.” Diddy apologized and accepted full responsibility in his personal four-page notice to U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian submitted monday. He pleaded for mercy, saying that” the old me died in prisons,” and demanded a second chance to improve himself as a father, brother, and community leader. In the email, he even stated,” I lost my way… I lost my journey.” Missing in the extra and the medication. My ego was the cause of my failure. I have been broken to the core and saddened. Combs said,” Home assault will always be a big burden that I may have long carry. ” My steps were repulsive, terrible, and sick. I had to use the drugs because I was tired, out of control, needed help, and didn’t receive the help, and I had no excuses.” He continued to discuss how the case had affected him. He continued,” I’m just a human being, I was trying my best, I got lost in my additional and lost in my ego.” ” I lost my liberty and the ability to raise my children and be there for my family because of my choice.” I lost all of my companies, my job, my status, and most importantly, I lost my self-esteem. I have been completely humbled and broken. I detest myself best then. I’ve been completely stripped of my role,” he claims, but his stupidity, which he claims he misled, didn’t do the judge any favors.
According to the U.S. Attorneys, Diddy had a public appearance scheduled for next week in Miami in mind, which seems to indicate that he anticipated leaving now or quickly.

Giovanni Sairras of Re-Entry One was brought in to discuss the incident by the defence. According to Sairras, the appearance was intended as a speech to assist another formerly incarcerated people. However, Diddy’s case possible didn’t help because of the optics and assumption of arrogance.

Diddy’s team even raised all of his children to plead for him to be given a brief sentence, preferably time served, with the exception of Love Combs, who is almost three years old.

Jessie andD’Lila Combs apparently exchanged yawning glances while Quincy, Justin, and Christian talked about Diddy being their hero who taught them to treat people like kings. One notable letter was written by Cassie, who testified as a target of his ten years of abuse, requesting that he not be released right away. According to court documents, Ventura Fine wrote,” I still experience nightmares and flashbacks on a regular, daily schedule, and continue to need emotional care to deal with my past.” My reality is that I worry that Sean Combs or his associates did follow me and my family. ” I am so afraid that if he walks free, his second things will get timely vengeance against me and others who complained about his mistreatment at trial,” Ventura Fine said. According to her attorneys Douglas Wigdor and Meredith Firetog,” the phrase imposed nowadays recognizes the effect of the major offenses he committed,” they said in a statement released after the punishment. With the help of her family and friends,” We are convinced that Ms. Ventura will continue to heal, knowing that so many people have been inspired by her courage and tenacity,” they added.

Time will tell how long Diddy does really serve. The second post Diddy was sent to prison for four years, and he and his children pleaded for mercy in court.
