E-Hailing Driver Murder: 3 More Suspects Appear In Court

Petoria – Three more suspects have been added to the trio of suspects arrested for the murder of 22-year-old e-hailing driver Isaac Satlat.

Today, Wednesday, 18 February 2026, suspects 23-year-old Tumishang Mogau Mabutla and his 18-year-old girlfriend, Ofentse Senwamadi, both from Atteridgeville, as well as 27-year-old Thabang Kenneth Mothwa from Saulsville, appeared in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court facing serious charges, including robbery and murder.

Mabutla faces charges of premeditated murder and robbery with aggravating circumstances.

Senwamadi has been charged with premeditated murder and robbery with aggravating circumstances as an accessory after the fact.

Mothwa faces a charge of robbery with aggravating circumstances as an accessory after the fact.

Earlier this week, Dikeledi Tears Mphela, Goitsione Machidi, and McClaren Mushwana appeared in the same court facing similar charges.

Allegations are that all six accused acted in common purpose to kill the 22-year-old e-hailing driver on 11 February 2026.

It is further alleged that after disposing of the deceased’s body, the accused took the vehicle of the deceased to Mothwa for him to remove the tracker from the vehicle.  

National Prosecuting Authority Gauteng Spokesperson Lumka Mahanjana said the new suspects – Mabutla, Senwamadi, and Mothwa – were arrested on Monday, 16 February 2026, after police investigations linked them to the offences.

All the accused have been remanded in custody.

Mahanjana said the matter was postponed to 23 February 2026 for the legal representative of accused number six to come on record and for all six accused to appear together in court.
